Summit at Eastridge
Summit at Eastridge is a unique neighborhood in Steiner Ranch with just one street bookended by cul-de-sacs. Homes were custom built between 1997 and 2000, with square footage ranging from 3,000 to over 5,000. Lots start at 1/3 acre and can go up to over .5 acres. The Summit at Eastridge is very famous for its holiday display during December, with participating homes exhibiting lighted storybook pages of “Texas’ Night Before Christmas.” Some homes also feature views of the bird preserve and Lake Travis. Steiner Ranch Elementary and Vista Ridge Shopping Center are within walking distance to the Summit at Eastridge. Streets include Via Colina Drive and Mira Vista Drive.
