Savannah Neighborhood

Neighborhood Map

Savannah is a Steiner Ranch community built between 2003 and 2008 by Meritage and Plantation Homes. It is also connected to Las Brisas by a playground. Homes range in square footage from 1,900 to 3,500 and lots are around .17 acres. The neighborhood is surrounded by the Balcones Preserve and some streets of homes offer amazing panoramic views of that and the University of Texas Golf Club. When looking at homes in Savannah, be aware that many homes were built with framed, unfinished rooms that are not included in the listed square footage. These can be built out for much cheaper than purchasing additional square footage elsewhere.
